I spent the last decade helping companies, executives, young professionals, a bit older professionals, freelancers, and many others at various professional levels worldwide. I have worked with more than 1.000 international clients from 25+ countries so far.
The most challenging work for me is 1-on-1 career coaching, but the most rewarding one as well. Some of my clients call me their life coach, and I guess this is not that far from the truth since it is impossible to help one achieve the desired professional life if they are not willing to improve as a person too.
My career started more than 20 years ago in Eastern Europe. After moving with my family to The Netherlands in 2009, I decided to take a consultant career path first and help organizations deal with their HR and organizational issues.
In 2018, I started working with individuals to motivate them to improve their professional paths, find the best job search strategy for them, and build their online presence. I worked with international clients at all professional levels - from recent graduates to VPs and executives.
I have 5+ years of executive coaching and 10+ years of consulting experience, and I hold a Master of Science degree in International Management from the University of Liverpool.
