From my experience, people are often unaware of real obstacles to their job search success.
It’s not surprising – it can be tough to stay objective when our emotions prevail (frustration, desperation, anger).
That’s why, today, we are addressing some of those concealed reasons that make job search much longer than we expect it.
I believe it's important to be honest with ourselves because that's the only way forward.
